Overview

Visual Garden respects intellectual property rights. We respond to valid reports of copyright infringement and abusive content.

Report in the app

Signed-in users can report content from Explore or image detail views using the Report button. Reports are reviewed by our team.

Report by email

Send copyright or abuse reports to hello@visualgarden.com with:

• Your name and contact information
• Identification of the copyrighted work or description of the abusive content
• URL or sufficient detail to locate the content on Visual Garden
• A statement of good faith belief that use is not authorized (for copyright claims)
• A statement that the information is accurate and, for copyright claims, that you are authorized to act on behalf of the rights holder

Response time

We aim to review reports within 5 business days. Complex cases may take longer. We may remove or restrict access to reported content, disable accounts, or request additional information.

Counter-notifications

If you believe content was removed in error, contact us with your contact details, identification of the removed content, and a statement under penalty of perjury that you have a good faith belief the material was removed by mistake.

Repeat infringers

We may terminate accounts of users who repeatedly infringe copyright or violate our Terms of Service.
