Agreement
By creating an account or using Visual Garden, you agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the service.
The service
Visual Garden lets you save, organize, import, and generate visual content. Features may change as we improve the product.
Your content & intellectual property
You retain ownership of content you upload or create. You grant us a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to host, process, display, and transform your content solely to operate the service — including AI generation and analysis you request.
You represent and warrant that you own or have the necessary rights, licenses, and permissions for all content you upload, import (including from Pinterest), save, or use as generation input, and that your use does not infringe any third party's intellectual property or privacy rights.
Acceptable use
You agree not to:
- Upload illegal, infringing, or harmful content
- Harass others or attempt to access accounts that are not yours
- Scrape, overload, or abuse the service or its APIs
- Use the service to generate content that violates applicable law
- Import or generate child sexual abuse material or exploitative content
We may remove content or suspend accounts that violate these terms or receive valid reports of abuse. See our Copyright & Content Policy for takedown procedures.
AI-generated output
Subject to these Terms, we assign to you our rights (if any) in outputs generated at your request. Generated images are provided "as is." You are responsible for how you use outputs. We do not guarantee uniqueness, accuracy, or freedom from third-party claims. Outputs may resemble reference images or third-party works; you must evaluate infringement risk before commercial use.
Downloads
Images you download remain subject to the rights you hold in them. Downloading content does not transfer rights to third-party images you have imported or saved (including Pinterest imports). You are solely responsible for compliance with any applicable copyright or licence terms when using downloaded images outside the platform.
Board visibility
New boards are private by default. Making a board public shows it in Explore to other signed-in users and publishes a web page that anyone can open and that search engines and AI search crawlers may index.
From board settings you choose what that page contains: everything on the board, the generated images alone, or nothing at all while the board stays in Explore.
Everything means everything — including images you imported from Pinterest or Instagram, clipped from a link, or saved from Explore. By choosing it you confirm that you hold the rights to share every image on that board publicly, and that anyone identifiable in them has agreed to appear on a public web page. If you cannot make that confirmation for a board, use Generated images only, or keep it out of search.
We withdraw published pages on request from a rights holder, and may withdraw any page at our discretion.
By publishing a board to search you confirm you hold the rights to the images on it and grant us the licence to display them publicly and serve them to search engines. You can make a board private again at any time, which removes its public page and its search scope together.
Termination
You may delete your account at any time from Settings. We may suspend or terminate access for violations of these Terms or to protect the service.
Disclaimer
The service is provided without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from use of the service.
